For suppliers
Send a kit for independent testing.
We test what suppliers send and what we buy ourselves, label which is which, and publish every result.
What we do
Investigate Peptides runs independent third-party testing of research peptides. We pay the lab ourselves for every test we publish.
How to send a kit
- Send a full sealed kit, or at least 8 remaining vials from a kit you’ve already had tested. We choose which vial goes to the lab ourselves, so you can’t pick the one we test.
- We pick one vial, label it with an IP sample ID and send it to the lab. The rest are kept as dated backups for retests and disputes for 60 days after the original result is posted, then disposed of. They are never sold.
- Include the lot number, or the manufacture date if no lot is printed.
- If the kit is from a lot you’ve already had tested, include your COA for that lot and the lot number. We may publish how our result compares with yours.
- Every vial must have its cap seal intact and the same lot number, or the same manufacture date if no lot is printed, on every vial. Unsealed or mismatched vials aren’t tested.
- Email investigatepeptides@gmail.com for the shipping address.
What it costs you
Nothing. We pay the lab.
What gets published
Every result, pass or fail, graded A–F on our published grading scale, with the original lab report.
How it’s labeled
Kits you send are labeled Supplied by vendor. We also buy products ourselves for spot checks; those are labeled Purchased.
What can’t be bought
No payment, ad, sponsorship or affiliate deal can buy a grade, placement or removal.
Your COA and disputes
You get the lab report when the result is published. To dispute a result, email investigatepeptides@gmail.com. Disputes must be raised within 60 days of the original result being posted, while backup vials are still held for a retest. We can request a retest at the lab from a retained vial. The original result stays visible with a note, and the retest is shown alongside it.
